Experia came to Feel Design looking for advice as to why their previous site (an e-commerce one) was not pulling in sales in comparison to their competitors. An analysis of their competitiors sites revealed some basic design differences, and a new site, building on this knowledge and adding web video shot by www.studio163.co.uk to explain how the products, aimed at disabled and mentally handicapped children and adults, worked. An e-mail newsletter system was created as was branding for a new branch of their equipment.
