The above estimate does not include any travel, accommodation or reasonable expense costs that may be incurred and that will also be passed on to the client. Mileage is charged 45 pence per mile and on an overnight stay a £25 Per person is required (subject to contract). These prices are as accurate as possible at the time of creation and given our understanding of the job as presented by the client at this time. The price may change subject to a subsequent, more accurate client brief.

Structure
- One 45 Minute DVD feature
- Plan 5 days.
- Shoot 5 days.
- Edit 13 days.
- Artwork / Duplication 10 Days
- Project time 40 Days
- A five day location shoot covering a feature length production.
- Script and storyboard and planning with the director / producers over the initial 5 days.
- DVD creation (incorporating DVD menu, DVD-ROM elements like web links, PDF’s and similar documents).
- 2000 professional DVDs. Each DVD will be colour printed, be in a presentation box with a colour cover.
